Thanks to the efforts of the POCEF team, our partner organizations, and grassroots activists across the country, many important victories for better and more affordable health care have been achieved since our launch in 2017. We are most proud of the following:

- We led a public education and advocacy campaign to successfully defend the ACA in 2017.
- The salience of health care as a political and policy issue continues to rise.
- We built support for the American Rescue Plan, which includes provisions that strengthen the ACA such as increased premium subsidies.
- Medicaid enrollment is at an all-time high of 83.2 million people.
